JULY VANPASS MEETING

 

 First of all I'd like to thank Jessica Moss, Smruti Parab & Scott Stauffer for thier presentation on SQL Server 2008 Business Intelligence.  It was a long night but well worth it, thank guys!

Paul Nielsen, SQL Server MVP, is a hands-on database architect and the author of the SQL Server Bible series from Wiley & Son. Paul leads SQL Server Bible Workshops and speaks at several conferences. Paul will be giving the welcome address at the Colorado PASS SQL Server Code Camp next week in Denver, and he serves on the PASS Board of Directors.

A night of SQL wisdom with Paul Nielsen.
 
Paul is coming in Vancouver for a 2 days’ workshop Smart Database Design and he agree to spend the Thursday night July 29th  presenting many interesting tips, trick and know how to our chapter. Some of  the different subjects that he will talk about the are  free AutoAudit scrip, iFull-Text Search, Data Compression and much more. Paul is the author of the SQL Server 2005 Bible and he is currently writing the SQL Server 2008 bible version. We are very proud to have Paul at our group.
